These are high waist extremely supportive. High support and comfortable. These are the true meaning of support panties these will lift your tummy and hold it in while you are comfortable. You will never wear clothes w/o it once you’ve tried it! If you are wanting less support and more comfort go up 1 size! I normally wear a 3x I went up to a 4x just for the extra comfort.
